Rogers aims for three criteria: unconditional positive regard, congruence, and empathy. Overall, it promotes an attentive, appreciative, and compassionate interaction with each other.
EFT/EFIT
Love is attachment. Attachment to our parents and later to our partners. When an attachment is broken, it can reappear in our relationships. Past experiences can be emotionally revived and thus healing can occur.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT) is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Sue Johnson. Through direct work with emotional processes, EFT aims to improve the emotional intelligence of the patients. It has evolved from a research program that has been running for over 40 years, focusing on the role of emotions in the psychotherapeutic change process.
EMDR
“Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing” is a treatment method for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), developed by the American literature scholar and psychologist Francine Shapiro. It is accompanied by rhythmic eye movements guided by the therapist’s hand.
It is not always about major traumas in life. Often, it is the sum of small and medium-sized traumas that can make life difficult.

I am a therapist according to the Heilpraktiker-Gesetz (German alternative practitioner law) and can accompany you and be by your side during these difficult times. I have worked for many years in the private sector in the fields of finance and human resources. It was always the human interaction that brought me joy — working together, celebrating successes, supporting and listening to each other.
I have spent many years abroad. I lived and worked in Istanbul with my family, and together we grew from the challenges of language and culture. It was certainly not always easy, but we loved it.
Today I live with my patchwork family in Hamburg. My partner and I are raising three teenagers together… two cats are helping us with that 😉.
Before you come to see me, we can have a brief phone conversation to get to know each other. Together, we will decide if we are a good match and if you feel comfortable trusting me.

You can book a free introductory phone consultation with me. It lasts about 15 minutes, and you have the opportunity to briefly explain where you need support.
We will see if it fits content-wise and personally.
Afterwards, you can book a personal appointment in my practice room through my website. In advance, I will send you a medical history form, which you should return to me a few days before our appointment so that I can prepare well. For coaching, this is not necessary; we clarify the topic on-site and set the framework.
We discuss the type and scope of our collaboration
For one hour of therapy, I charge 120 EUR per hour.
For one hour of coaching, I charge 142.80 EUR per hour (120 EUR + 19% VAT).
Cash & card payments are possible.
Payment is made on-site after the session.
Private health insurance companies and private supplementary insurance companies often cover the services of psychotherapeutic alternative practitioners.
However, please clarify this with your insurer at the start of treatment. Reimbursement by statutory health insurers is also possible in exceptional cases if this can avert higher treatment costs. Here too, please consult your insurer.
In addition, you decide to invest in your own health with a consultation/therapy by treating yourself responsibly.
